an Orange Halibut with specral wings, a unicorn horn and udders, and use it as a basis for God in my own religion, does anyone have the right to tell me I can't?

Joel C - IF, the first word, IF I believed,
didn't actually say What i did believe.

Salient2 - a right to tell me what?

4HIM - well if there is an all powerful god it looks like he's actually given me the free will to do whatever i want regardless whether it's against the law or not.

lana s - who is Him or HIM? if there is a god would he not be a form of asexual or hermaphrodie in that both men and women are supposidly modeled in gods image, isn't it a little sexist and un PC to decide that god is male?

I notice the people who gave a basic reasoned answer on logic seem to be getting thumbs down?

Heck, no, and it's their job to prove to you that the Orange Halibut DOESN'T exist.

You might go after some christians for converts, but you have to threaten them with everlasting hell with your halibut as the only cure to really make a dent.

No, since God has given you free will to choose whatever actions you want.

No one can tell you what to believe, because you won't listen anyway, we just hope and pray you will. Because we care.
Christians do believe God created everything, the Heaven s and the earth and everything in it, one way or the other.
Accept Him or deny HIM. you will get your answer some day.

So do you recognize that the universe needs to be made by something external to it?

That's a good start to recognizing the existence of the Creator.

You may go for it.

No. God has given you the free will to do as you please as long as it is not against the law.

You can make believe any thing you want, but it will not give you an eternal life of joy.

You'd get more followers if there were some naked women involved. Maybe something about sin as well.
