I wonder if my life and my families life would be any better if we just picked up and moved out of the country. Of course I would have to study places to go, but if anyone has actually done this I would like to know how and where.

I have prostate cancer and my treatment is: Hormone Therapy and External Beam Radiation. Is my blood OK to use for what ever purposes blood banks use it?

I can't help any other way at the moment and wish to continue helping others. Prior to my cancer I would do volunteer work. Now I am too tired to do the physical work I used to do. Even driving my car has been too much.

O.K. Something happened to me last night while just thinking.First let me tell you,I do not drink nor do drugs,at all.I have always considered myself "stable"No meds,so no need to joke.O.K.Last night,as I was laying in bed contemplating the cosmos,infinity,things I always dwell on.Suddenly,although for that period to me,time had no meaning.For a period,I became aware of everything,past,present,future.I could sense,feel every other piece of matter and energy in the universe.Crap.It's hard to put into words.It wasn't particularly religious in nature.I don't feel like I saw god or anything.Just for a period,I was a part of everything.That is the best I can put it into words.I cannot any longer remember all I knew at that moment,just that it was everything.I have always been a very feet on the ground atheist.I do not understand what happened.Has ANYONE ever experienced anything similar?I haven't even told my spouse yet.I don't know what to make of it.Again,no drugs or alcohol involved.

Two baseball fanatics were throwing the ball around and wondering if there would be baseball in heaven.
The first guy is like if something should happen to one of them, that person would come back and inform the other in a dream with an answer to that question.
A few days later the first guy is killed in an accident. The second guy missing his friend was wandering if his buddy would make good on his promise.
That night the first guy visits the second guy's dream and tells him the good news, there is indeed baseball in heaven.
The bad news is that the second guy is scheduled to pitch in a week.

While the form of treachery varies slightly from case to case, liberals always manage to take the position that most undermines American security.

Whether they are defending the terrorists or bleating for Saddam Hussein, liberals are always against America. They are either traitors or idiots, and on the matter of America's self-preservation, the difference is irrelevant!

illegal aliens are costing Americans jobs???


It's the opposite. You can thank illegal aliens for keeping the jobs in America, because without the cheap labor force of illegal aliens, those businesses in America would have to either outsource to India or relocate to China.

Then 0 jobs would be left.

At least with illegal aliens hard work, the companies can stay operational in the US and some of the jobs go to Americans.
