Okay, say the mom has brown eyes (medium/light) and the father has blue eyes (light)... at 4 months the baby still has a darker blue eye color... what are the chances that they will stay blue?? And since mom has the recessive gene for blue eyes would it take the baby's eyes longer to turn to brown than most??? Thanks for all answers...

We use dummies and cadavers to experiment with, but when would it be considered moral to use a person as a dummy. If people could be harvested without souls, or nerve endings, or emotion- would it be okay.

Today ,a t the company that I work for,we had a dinner served to us by the upper management. What disturbed me was that they wore red white and blue sparkle vest, and big floppy Uncle Sam top hats, and ,of all things, a red white and blue feather boa!! All I could think is "Are we celebrating a national holliday with clowns???" To say the least, I lost any and all of my appitite when I saw that! So tell me, what would you have done in my shoes? I left the area very mad but saying nothing. Would you have done the same or would you say or do something??

Why is it that people get different sentences for the same exact crime? Like for example some guy got 100 years for manslaughter while another did 15 years for first degree murder? It doesn't make any sense to me. Should the laws be changed so that each crime has a mandatory sentence? I assume that it would be a lot easier on the judges too because they wouldn't have to make a decision on how long someone should be put away. Another thing I don't get is how these 2 guys in Texas received 14 life sentences for attempted murder of a trooper. Why when they didn't even kill him? Not even the worse serial killers and terrorists get that long. I understand people should pay for horrible crimes but why do some get a lot harsher punishment for the same thing than others is beyond comprehension!

I was in a car accident in Texas (el paso). I went to the hospital and got my bill a few months later. I was under the understanding that the insurance company have to pay my bill by law and the insurance claim's guy told me that they do have to pay by law. He then told me I would have to settle first or go to court over it. Is this true?? theres no way i can get my bills paid without signing anything? Im asking because I'm worried that if I settle and then need medical attention for somthing related to the accedent I will be stuck with the bill. I dont want to wait to long Im thinking the longer I wait the harder it will be to get a lawyer to take the case. I tryed to figure this out myslelf but i didnt know were to start so plz leave a link to were you got your info if its on the web, thnx for helpin.
