Here's a website with a rather extensive list of plants and their toxicity levels:

http://www.busybirds.net/Toxic.html

I thought this paragraph from the site was most interesting also:

"In general, plants considered poisonous to humans are considered to be poisonous to animals. However, there have been specific cases where animals have been poisoned by plants considered safe to humans. Also keep in mind that animals tend to eat larger amounts of plant materials than humans and that may account for the problems seen in animals.

While I don't know if goats are allergic to vinca major specifically, I know that they can eat poison oak like it's lettuce. While I would research it to be safe, I have a feeling that if it is bad for them, they will know on their own and simply won't eat it. Goats have stomachs of steel though, and can eat just about anything. They will even eat the wooden fence posts of their pen so watch out!

pretending, speaking, attracting, acting, etc.,relates to humans...humans only. A snake is a venomous and why, what is the need to it to pretend? But, snake is better than humans. Snake is having poison only on teeth, but humans..? haaahhhaaa.
