Where do the heavy hitters or power sellers on ebay get thier items they have for sale? Like where do they get all the new and refurbished electronics and stuff? Is there a place where you can buy all of them refurbished products from or can you buy refurbished products direct from the manufacture or what.

Every Country has its own Tax Laws. Some impose higher taxes than others. On the other hand, some countries provide conditional "Income Tax Holidays" (ITH) as a way of enticing Investments. It is said that some Businesses are registered in "Tax Haven" Countries to save &/or to avoid on Tax Payments. How could this be if ALL Business Firms (Foreign &/or Local) not entitled to ITH are to pay taxes wherever they derive Income?

if a dog were to poo on the sidewalk in front of my house. do i have the right to tell the dog owner to pick up the poo because it was on MY property. or would he be able to say "its public property" and just be let go of.
