The sound of music yes that one is the best - i must have seen it 6 times and i love it every time because it is a beautiful story with lovely music and Julie Andrews has always been my icon

That's a tough one. I'm torn between The Sound of Music and West Side Story. They are my 2 favorites.

Kismet is one of my favorites. The music is rich and full, orchestrally and vocally. Between the costumes, sets, story line (both romantic and comedic), and music, I can watch it over and over. I like the film version with Howard Keel the best.

"Grease" has to be the best one of all because of the storyline and the music.
Others I would say would be "The Wiz", and "Annie". Those 2 have been played and replayed for years!

hey! me too! i love the sound of music. i don't know why people like the phantom of the opera so much. it kinda freaked me out. but my aunty really liked it. when i was riding in her car, she was blasting the soundtrack. man. still gives me nightmares.
