Just curious if all cell phones use a sim card to hold your information or is it just certain phones?

I have been working in a private school for 2 years. Now, the school want me to take training for upper elementary without pay. This training will take one month to complete. In lieu of no pay, I have to use my PTO. Unfortunately, my PTO is only 56 hrs. So, that means I only have pay for one week and the rest of the weeks no pay. The school is paying for the training but I have to buy my manuals and materials. Not to mention the gas. The training facility is 100+ miles from my home. The school made me feel that, it is my duty to take the training and I cannot say "no". Is this right? I tried searching the CA labor law and cannot find any answers. Your input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I want to know how you specialize to become a gynecologist. I know its weird for me to ask but its a high-paying job and i am just wondering because i am choosing my major for my bachelors degree.

What pathway would you take? please give me a serious answer about what bachelors degree and what masters degree i would need and if there is a specific program for gynecology or if its just a branch of a sort etc. thankyou

I recently got a speeding ticket and a week later received tons of junk mail from lawyers with all the info of my ticket written on the letters. Is it legal for this information to be given out, or is that against my rights.

I live in New jersey, and received six different lawyers letters.

I am 5' 8" and I weigh approximately 145 lbs. I'm a size 6 and reasonably toned and happy with my body. I don't eat either too too healthily nor too un-healthily, and I am moderately active (I walk a good deal, take krav maga once a week and go to the gym a couple days a week).

Given that this all seems very healthy and normal, I am confused about why my face looks so chubby in every picture taken of me. It's like I have baby fat, plus unusually swollen cheeks. My cheekbones are not at all visible and I have a mild double chin. What gives!? Do I need to be extra-skinny to have a normal-looking face, or should I get liposuction on my face, or what!?

People say "America was founded by people who believed and loved God, this is a Christian nation and we should keep prayer in schools, God on the dollar bill, etc etc!"

Okay my response to this is, if all the founding fathers of America were white, does that mean we should keep the nation WHITES only?

The wheel was invented by people who drew on walls in animal fat, urine and blood, does that mean we should keep up those traditions as well, just because someone made a wheel, they were OBVIOUSLY right about EVERYTHING else. Right?

I have a corporation I don't use but I would like to use it to get a credit card. If I am not using the corporation so I assume I wont need to pay taxes, but could I get a credit card using the EIN and not worry about any consequences.
