I have a corporation I don't use but I would like to use it to get a credit card. If I am not using the corporation so I assume I wont need to pay taxes, but could I get a credit card using the EIN and not worry about any consequences.

Yes, but unless your corp has a satisfactory D&B rating you'll have to personally guarantee payment of the bills. Your personal credit rating will determine if you will be an acceptable guarantor for the card.

Maintaining a corp that doesn't so any business doesn't make much sense. You still have the costs of the required filings whether you have any income or not.
