Atheists and self proclaimed people of reason ask questions they don't want an answer to because their mind is already made up. Why?

Same goes for Christians and Muslims. They ask questions with no intention of listening to an answer contrary to their beliefs. Questions about faith, life, the Purpose. Why?

Are we trying to convert hard headed people with our rhetoric?

I have no preconceived notions on this. I'd like to know why? Although I do have an idea why Christians and Muslims do it.

Please answer the question and your reason for your answer. Answer if it were a minor surgery (short in length with a very high probability of survival) and if it were a major surgery with a long duration and a 50-50 chance of survival.

I want to know that since the family member isn't medical personal, does it make a difference if they wait in the waiting room or not?

I like this guy that is 1 year younger than me. He flirts with me all the time but i think he flirts with other girls too. He talks to me non stop but i act like i so dont like him. My cat weighs 16 pounds. She is a small cat and the vet said that it is crucial that she lose weight. His advice was to just feed her only twice a day, am and pm. She eats a weight management dry food and I measure a bit under 1/4 of a cup each feeding. The vet said that an average house cat eats about a half a cup a day so I should feed her just a hair less.

How long until I see results with her?

Is this poor restaurant etiquette if they give you your bill as soon as your food arrives or not long after your food arrives and they never come back to you after you get your bill/food?

There is one restaurant in town that does that and alot of people I know doesn't like that restaurant
