How does "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

The way I see it where is the millitia? The people who wrote it did not intend for peopel to shoot each other just the enemy, so how does that give you the right to have a gun?

I am having trouble accessing a web page / forum that i frequently visit. I thought the site may have been down, but I was able to access it via another computer. This is the only site I am having trouble accessing that I am aware of. I scanned my computer with a virus check (AVG) and nothing showed up. I also tried updating to ie7 but still no luck.

I moved to a flat run by a housing association. There have and still are many problems with youths, also one tenant, who commited a serious offence, to which i am the witness. Since then my life has been made a misery, not only because of threats, due to the serious incident, also because of continuous troubles with groups of youths around the building.
The police and the Housing association are doing what they can. Although the Housing association is using a lot of exuses and dragging their heels when it comes to my request to be rehoused to another area.
My house is fitted with a panic alarm now, also i have to carry one in my bag when i leave my home, all of which the Police have given to me. I have lived here for 6 months and will be moved as soon as it is possible. Have i the entitlement to ask the housing Association for financial support with any costs of rehousing. All the above problems are longstanding, non of which i was made aware of by the Association or the Caretaker.

Other driver made an illegal U-turn and was ticketed. The other company claims he may not be 100% liable and want a recorded statement from my daughter. They will not let me rent a car until they have talked to her. Why is the police report & witness statements not enough? I am worried they are going to try to get out of it because of her age. The other dirver also has contaced my insurance company for a claim. Why would he do that if he admitted fault to us? We have an appoinment with lawyer next week but what should I expect?

Since the last year i have digestive problems that come and go. Actually i tougth it was over with but surprise after 3 months feeling great it came back. Symptoms are: it start with a ligth pain in the pancreas region, followed by energie lost, after a day or 2 muscular pain just beneath my ribs and sometimes it goes all the way to the back. My appetite is good but can have difficulty to digest, no diarrea but my excrement can be very dark. This can last 1 week and disapear completely after. Usually come back every 2-3 month.
I pass some test but they found nothing. (gastroscopy, ecography).

I am interested in learning about people's experience with using sensory therapy as a way to stop or at least reduce head banging for autistic children. If you have an autistic child who bangs his/her head, and you have tried sensory therapy to deal with the issue, can you please share your experience? Please tell whether it helped if at all, how MUCH it helped, and how long it took. Also, how much sensory therapy did your child get? Was it every day? Did you have to do sensory activities at home in addition to what the child got with the therapist? Thank you.

I have 3 cats, but only one of them has problems with frequently throwing up. (The other two throw up the occassional hairball or two, but nothing to be concerned about.) My 3rd cat, Skye, is a bit thinner than the other two and seems like she has trouble keeping any cat food down at least 1 day out of every week. I've taken her to the vet twice, who checked for worms and other problems before pronouncing her perfectly fine. I've tried 4 different kinds of dry cat food and 3 different kinds of canned cat food. I've tried hairball treats (though she is a short hair cat), and they have no effect. (She throws up food, not hair.) Sometimes the only thing she can keep down is a bit of milk. The vet suggested meat flavor baby food for the days when she can't keep the cat food down, but I was wondering if baby food has the right nutrients for a cat. Is there anything I can do to help her keep the cat food down and prevent her throwing up? Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?

Ok this girl i obviously like started not talking to me
so i basically returned the favor for like 4 or five days

on Day 5 she had asked half my friends what my fkn problem is. welll i think she got the message now i wanna startup talking to her again how can i break the ice??

Ok, im 14 and I have a boyfriend named Billy I have been with for 6 months. And he is also the first guy I have ever loved. He went away to rehab for 2 of those months to and I couldnt talk to him in that time. He has been back for about 3 weeks and within the first week I noticed things were WAY different. I tried talking to him about it and he said everything was okay and the same as it was. So hearing him reasure me made me think it would all work itself out. But last night, somthing completely unexpected happened. He told me he didnt know if he loved me anymore. And he was thinking about breaking up with me. I was so shocked and couldnt belive it. I have cried constantly since. Idk if he is going to or not but just hearing him say "i dont love you like i did." kills me. I love this kid with all my heart and triied to explain that to him but idk if it helped. And it effecting me physically. im not sleeping at all, not eating and throwing up. What do I do to stay with him? I love him
