When there are festivals or events there always seem to be balloons given out. Well i was at an event the other day and there were balloons being given out. A few times i saw balloons flying away in the sky. What happens to them eventually? Do they lose air, and begin to fall, do they get stuck in airplane parts, do they eventually deteriorate, or do they just keep flying away into outter space?

Can a landlord legally put a clause in a lease that says they will increase the rent 40% if another tenant moves into the apartment? I understand that a new tenant must be added to the lease, but I've never heard of the price of an apartment changing depending on how many people live there.

So if I get married, or if I have a child, the landlord has the right to increase my rent? That doesn't seem right....

Edited to add: Yes, I have a fixed-term lease: one year.

Hi, I'm planning to visit Spain and Italy around Christmas. I've been to both countries before, and I've seen all the tourist attractions. This time, I want to just go there and hunt for interesting things to do, more like a local than a tourist.

Does anyone know some interesting places to visit there, that aren't castles, parks, or any of those naturally tourist attractions?

i messed up badly i took something off a mate thinking it was a fake and it wasnt and it ****** me up and i thought i was going to die and i told my parents who didn't shout at me but they think im a ******** which in some ways is worse and because i took it in school i had to tell the school who are trying to force me to tell them who gave me it and everyone is judging me calling me a drug addict and stuff but they dont get that i did it to try and prove to him it was fake not cause i wanted to get high i dont want to get my mate that gave me it in trouble but i want the school to leave me alone cause all the teacher and everything know and are hassling me all the time about it and judging me i want everyone to leave me alone i just dont have anyone to talk to about it and i just dont know what to do now i seriously cant cope and i know its my own fault but if any one has some advice it would be nice thanks

I'm babysitting a dog for a friend and he won't eat. He is very clingy to me and he obviously misses his owner. How do I get him to eat? I don't want him to get sick or anything. this morning we heard a strange noise coming from our fireplace. We noticed 4 baby birds and half of their nest on the floor of the fireplace.
