When there are festivals or events there always seem to be balloons given out. Well i was at an event the other day and there were balloons being given out. A few times i saw balloons flying away in the sky. What happens to them eventually? Do they lose air, and begin to fall, do they get stuck in airplane parts, do they eventually deteriorate, or do they just keep flying away into outter space?

They can't fly away into outer space, that is sure. They may burst as they rise since the outer air at that height is less dense and of less pressure thus the internal gas tries to expand and in that process the balloon may burst. If it doesn't burst, it will drift and may get caught in some tree branches if forced down by wind etc.

the better it is going the decrease the air tension. by fact the air tension is decreased, the tension interior the balloon presses out which will strengthen the quantity of the balloon. fairly quickly the burden interior the balloon weighs an identical quantity as exterior the balloon. meaning there is not extra buoyancy so the balloon won't be able to upward thrust any further

they lose air and fall... I've even found some from time to time in my yard.

or they get high enough where the pressure reduction causes them to expand to the point that the baloon pops.
