Because they think they are going to miss someone else who comes by. If a man wants to commit he will. Stay away from the ones who don't want to commit, they will not change when you want them too. They are on a different page than you are. Move on.

If a guy is not willing to 'commit' when the woman is ready... than he has commitment issues. Women always try to find fault in men(just read all the questions on here). It's always the man's fault about everything. You ever thought that maybe he just isn't ready? Why are some women so full of themselves, to always think that men should automatically agree with them, and when she is ready, he should automatically agree with her and be ready.

Men have their own brains and can determine when they're ready.
Men don't generally like conditional love(e.g.-- I'll only love you if you perform a particular action... get married. Otherwise, I will love you no longer). Men would prefer unconditional love.

Why is ANYONE afraid to commit? They're afraid they won't adjust or like being in a relationship; they've been hurt badly before; they don't feel ready to settle down yet; they have trust issues; the list is long.

Mostly it's because we've learned to think in terms of disposable people - get bored with the old, bring in the new. Sad, but true.

Uhh, who says they are? Look at most marriages and you'll find a man there. Seems like a bit of a commitment to me.

Why do some women asks the questions as if all men are the same and as if women don't have any of these issues?

Why are women like you (notice I didn't say all women) so obsessed with commitment? Why can't they just enjoy the here and now? Are you that needy and clingy? That afraid of being on your own?

Even if it's a 'good woman', there is still the little matter of that will be the ONLY woman that guy will EVER have sex with for the REST of HIS LIFE. So if she is not the perfect 'good sex woman', he will be a lot less likely to commit.

And that assumes she is a 'good' woman otherwise.

They are afraid of rejection. Like me. Though i'm still young (15) lol but i'm afraid of that like most men are probably or taking that next step. Though men are too shallow to look at what they have also.

They are sickos.

But if the woman is so so, then I don't blame them because i see so many women bossing their man and it looks so ridiculous. I can't stand a woman that tries to wear the pants.
And I'm a woman, lol. Observing things from afar makes me realize how it looks and feels.
My uncle's wife bosses him and he takes it, I hate that, I wish he would be a man/ act like a man and stand up for his rights

Because it isn't natural for men to commit.

They commit to anything but one good woman...

The two boys fight every.... oh crap I'm off topic well I guess I've said to much about my child hood. Even though it only happened like two years ago. Um... your welcome?...
