We purchased our home 4 yrs ago. We are getting a divorce. He wants to put the house on the market and sell it. I want to remain in the house, love the area, do not want to move. Is there a way that I can borrow from our mortgage company to pay my spouse off? Thanks!

I am willing to compromise but it is always a me problem. I ask her to even fake it every once in a while but it is always me doing the work and most of the time its a chore to even get any. There are times I have to try for days. She wonders why I get cranky. This is my only problem with our relationship and I am about to leave after five years. Hell lately its so blah when we do - do it I can't even finish. Should I just leave?

Ok, I have a toy fox terrier who is about 7 months old. She is extremley hyper and just curious about everything she sees. I understand this happens with puppies but GOD she's like over the limit. She won't lay down and just play with one toy, she has to sniff around the room hop on my bed, play with my computer mouse, knock down books on my shelf, go under my bead, bite random things in my room and it just gets extremely annoying. Then when shes done explorign and bored she barks and barks and i love her to death but it's annoying. I love her to death, she's nice on walks, great with other people. Even sometimes when i pet her head she will tun around to nibble my hand which can hurt at times but shes getting better with that. Is there anything I can do? She will probably grow out of it but what should I do in the mean time?

I replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter. Ran fine for about 2 days and now doent seem to be getting a fuel. Will start if you put fuel in the carb but no fuel is getting to the carb from the lines. Truck has duel tanks, but I only use the front tank as the switch has been disingaged. Please help with any ideas
