Separate them right now, like this minute.

Golden hamsters are generally very young when in petshops, but the minute they get near adulthood (and sexually mature) they will become very territorial and will literally fight to the death. If the female is pregnant, get her away from the others now, because they will kill the young when born. In the wild, these hamsters only come together to mate, then the male leaves. They mustn't be forced to live anywhere near each other in captivity!

Unless you want a lot of babies (and boy, do small rodents multiply fast!!) you should separate the sexes as soon as they're weaned and you can tell the difference between sexes. If you do end up with a litter, same advice--and you'd be surprised how soon they hit puberty and mate, regardless of their being brother-sister.

If you want babies, keep them together.

But after the female gives birth, separate her from the male. Because the male will harm the babies. That, or the female will.

Seperate them ASAP! Rodents mate and produce very quickly! They have mult. litters and withing each litter their are 3-7 babies! Do not breed them. This can cause health problems in you and them!
