Refrigerate it unless you want to risk getting sick. It's your call.

You shouldn't refrigerate any food until it's cooled down somewhat. It doesn't have to be totally room temperature, but there is actually a higher risk of food poisoning I believe if you don't wait until it's cool to refrigerate it. But, if you uncover the chicken, it should be cool enough to refrigerate in 30 minutes. When it's time to eat in 3 hours you can either eat it cold or pop it back in the oven.

if you have a microwave oven just put it in there. The small space will keep it good for you. If not just put it in the oven. It will be ok. Cause to be honest with you WHO knows what it's been through before you even bought it, lol. (happy eating) Oh yeah, if you have 3 hours next time buy a fresh chicken and cook it up yourself.

If your house is cool it should be okay if you leave it out. It's up to you. You can also just reheat it again.

Only if you like your chicken cold. ~
I would keep it out. I keep it out even for the second day (but covered).
