So today I went to a small recital that the voice studio I take lessons from had. I'm only 13, and the recital was for people much older, so I just came to watch. One of the people preforming, was one of my voice teachers. She is Russian. Her family came also (her husband, 17 year old daughter, in-laws). I know that my voice teacher (she's really young) really likes me a lot. We have a very good relationship and I am always happy to see her. She introduced me to her mother in law, and her mother in law was sooo happy to see me and everything she kept saying, "Elena talk about you like you are a relative!" and she said to my mom, "You have a very beautiful daughter!" and my voice teacher kept on bragging about me to her mother-in-law, about how I speak a little Russian and sing in it. I don't think her daughter, Alina, liked me very much because her mom liked me so much I guess. But now I feel really special to Elena, and that I have a special place in her heart. Im only asking this in the teen section because i am one but here it goes.

Yesterday, at foodtown i bought 2 cans of soup tomatoe and chicken wonton. they are both condensed, not refrigerated metal cans by campbell's.

So yeah im hungry and i want dinner so i go to find the cans and i find them in the car. they where in the car over night since like 6:50 pm yesterday to like 5:15 today. The temp. outside never got too hot it was about like uper 70 degrees and 60 last night and today it was like upper 60's low 70's.

My question is is it okay to still eat the soup because the wonton one has chicken in it?

Before my father died, I always went to see him on Thanksgiving and Christmas . Once he died, I didn't have anything else to do, so I went to the local soup kitchen on Thanksgiving and Christmas . Now I go with my friend to his sister's house . I never learned what single people do to have a decent Thanksgiving and Christmas . It looks like it might not work anymore going to his sister's house for Thanksgiving and Christmas . My question is -- what do single people do to have a decent Thanksgiving and Christmas ? My mother died before my father did, and I REFUSE to go back to to the local soup kitchen for the holidays, so you might as well not offer "Help out at the soup kitchen" .

Sorry, yet another question about depression, but I've read through some others and they don't answer my q.

I've been seeing a counsellor for the last year, and he reckons I have depression. I've never been to my GP to have it "officially" diagnosed, because as my counsellor said, I would either be referred to therapy or given anti-depressants.

So, I've been trying to work with it in therapy and it's really not helping. I've tried going to other counsellors/phsycologists and that's made no difference either. I'm constantly sitting around doing nothing, not eating and not sleeping. Just left school where I did no work during the year, and a lot of my personal relationships are suffering. I know that this is not good for me, but as the therapy does not seem to be working, are anti-depressants the only answer??

Do they make you more able to get up and do things etc?? Don't have a lot of emotions at the moment, so that side of the tablets dosen't bother me.

Anyone similar??

My ex cheated on me with a married woman. Now they're married to each other. I know very well the reasons for cheating. I broke up with my ex about 7 months ago. I cut off all communication with him. I changed my # and my e-mail addy. well for the past couple of days he's been calling my parents house looking for me. I'm friends with these two girls, and I have treated them like queens. When they need a ride, I'm there, when they need something I'm usually the one buying it for them. They think I have a lot of money, but in reality I don't. The reason why I think they think I have a lot of money is because I drive a nice car, I have bought a lot of stuff for them 80.00 swim suit etc., I must have spent at least 1000.00 if not more just on them! We do hang out a lot though my dad makes a lot of money, I don't though!. I know I need to start standing up for myself but its really hard! because I'm just a nice guy and I hate saying no to people especially when I'm able to do the things for people. I'm not looking for anything in return, I just hate when people take advantage of me because I'm such a nice guy. What should I do? Should I just keep doing what I'm doing? Since most Muslims are law abiding, surely this will reduce the terrorist concentration?

And should we not also try to accommodate the Muslim community better by obliging all women to were the hijab, whatever their religion?

Muslims are offended when they see girls going out uncovered, going out on dates etc.
