It all seems a bit too convenient to me, new prime minister wanting to promote the war on terror and make himself look the big hero. nobody gets hurt, the wonderful new prime minister saves the day, but makes sure the whole nation is still in fear and believe in the war on terror.
i mean there is cctv everywhere in london, and this guy supposedly drove erratically into some rubbish bins or something and then ran away, he must have left some sort of evidence behind, or they must have got a shot of him on TV

i duno it all just seems a bit suss to me....what you guys reckon?

Why is it that your coffee spills (okay - spits) out of your coffee cup lid when you get it from Starbuck's (even though you take baby steps from the car to the office), but when you stop at a gas station or go to your office cafeteria your coffee remains right in the cup? Seriously, you could skip or do cartwheels with those gas station/cafeteria cups and the coffee doesn't come out! What is Starbuck's deal?

You can't find a bread recipe anywhere that is made with100%
Oat flour. I make mine by grinding up my own oat groats in a coffee grinder. You flour will be much healthier with all the bran and oil that is taken out for store bought

Oat Bread
4 1/2 cups warm water
2 tsp Honey (I use, 2 Tbsp honey or raw suger)
1 tsp vitamin C crystals (you can also grind up a natural C vitamin if you don't have this)
1 2/3 Tbsp dry yeast
8 cups oat flour
1 cup arrowroot or tapioca starch
1/2 cup psyllium husks
2 tsp guar gum (I don't use this because I can't have it, and my bread is still good)
3 tsp salt (I use real sea salt, it is healthy with lots of minerals)
extra oat flour for kneading
I add 2 tsp of vanilla and maple flavoring

I don't have enough to tell you detail so
soak yeast 5min
add dry ingrdients to wet two cups at a time.
cover dough rise 45 min
then knead, shape, rise 45min
preheat 400 cook 10 min then turn down to 325 for 50 to 60 min. Makes 2 loaves

While Republican's insist on tying up our troops in Iraq and pursuing their failing strategy in the Middle East, terrorism is increasing and slowly spreading around the world. The conservative idea that we can simply "win" in Iraq, and that would be a major win against al Qaeda is a naive fantasy as we have seen today with the bombing in Glasgow.

Isn't it time we pull out troops out of Iraq and use them to combat worldwide terrorism (and kill bin Laden, remember?) before it gets to the point where it can't be stopped?

Why should we have to put up with this mayhem all because of the Labour government's stupid idea that wildly different cultures can live peacefully together. Isn't that why the population of world divided itself into different countries in the first place? Why should we be be forced to live in fear? Why should we give up our freedom because of Bliar's (sic) stupid ambitions. No one voted for this! It's time for a BIG change. It's time our country was restored to the peaceful place it used to be. If the major parties can't restore our peace and freedom, we must look towards the parties, that until now have been in the minority. Other parties have promised to bring the troops home as soon as they are elected and repatriate the immigrants. Check them out. Read their manifestos; you will be enlightened. For the sake of this great country of ours, never vote Labour again!

I live in an area where, within 50 miles of my home, all the general stores and even the pet stores sell nothing but crappy dog food (pedigree, science diet, etc). Thusly, I am forced to feed my dog home cooked meals. Yet I do not know what would be the best ingredient for my dog. Can anyone help me out? I am thinking about cooking chicken, but I know that chicken is not enough. Basically, I need a home cooked meal ingredient that would be very healthy for my dog.

I should note that one store had ‘Royal Canine’. This food is pretty good, right? Still, I would rather do the whole home cooked meal thing.
