I have an open/under bite and I am expecting to have jaw surgery sometime before the summer is up. Susposedly, they're going to be doing everything from the inside, so I'll have no scaring on the outside. To be completely honest I'm dreading it and completely petrified. I've never had any kind of major surgery before. I have high expectations with my results. Anybody here had a similar procedure done? I don't want you to scare me I just wanna know like, how do you eat and how long does the jaw have to be wired shut and stuff like that. Is there also anyway I can take something to keep me calm before I go into surgery? I have a consultation coming up soon and would also like ideas on questions to ask. Everything I will ask him but would like different opinions.

I've asked a similar question before but I'm hoping for some different ideas.

(No rude comments this time on the first name, it was my grandmothers and I've always promised to name my first daughter after her. I'm not changing my mind unless I go with Valentina (and call her Vallie), which would only happen if she came 2 weeks early and was born on Valentine's Day.)

Vallie _____

Can walking a mile a day delay or stop my period? I take my dog for a mile give or take everyday, a few times a day, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening. So it ends up being a few miles of walking once you add it up. I do this because school is out and the exersise is good. I know that some people who are very athletic and are in a lot of sports don't have their periods or not as often. So I was wondering if my walks help make my period easier, so far my period is late. But I am young and I definetly don't have a regular cycle.

I propose that we celebrate Our Nations Founding. By having a temporary end to this ridiculous name-calling craze. That BOTH sides are doing!!
Every one agrees that it's not getting results. It's only preaching to ones that agree with your ideas. What kind of results do you hope to gain by that?
And the avid name-callers are mostly Kids. Since there are actually a few adults, on this site? Why not show some pride in this Nation. And put the name-calling away for one week? Seven Days, is all I ask!

Between July 1st, Through July 7th. I ask that we all stay from the temptation of badgering the other Party. And act like we have some respect for our fellow Americans. At a time to be celebrating our Nations Birthday!

Now I don't expect all to follow along. I ask that we stay clear of anyone who doesn't agree with this. Ask or answer, only questions that show Pride in the U.S.A.
A Show of unity on Our Nations begining!

Me and the girls in the office got into a discussion about this and would like to know what others think.

How old is too old to wear certain styles of clothing? Especially younger styles? Would you say it depends more on your age or your body type?

What about colored streaks in your hair? (red, purple, blue)

Please also tell us your age when answering.

Thanx!

I have been interested in trying out some new RPG games so then I wont ever be burned out of Guild Wars. So I have been torn between World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings Online, and Vanguard: Saga of Heroes.
So which one is worth the money to play? And Why?

I may be misinformed, but I have head that Mormons believe everybody who has ever lived will be saved due to Jesus' sacrifice thereby giving everybody a second chance. However, only "good" Mormons will rise up to the "highest level" of salvation, that is, they will get their own planet to populate and become "gods" of those planets. For this reason they practise baptisms for the dead to "improve" the deceased's chances in the afterlife.

First, is this acurate and, if not, please clarify. Second, can you please show me from the Holy Bible the basis for such beliefs.
