I found that Panasonic razors work best for me.

I recently purchased a Panasonic ES8044K ProCurve Pivot Action Wet/Dry Rechargeable Men's Shaver and so far it is the best shave I have ever gotten out of a Panasonic. I paid $79.99. You have to decide how much you want to spend.

A lot has to do with how you wash your face before shaving. Plain soap and water works but it doesn't help give you a close shave. I found that using one of the face washes like Clean & Clear sets things up nicely.

The two remingtons I have bought do a better job than the 2 Norelcos I have bought. Still looking for a closer shave. Real question is how much do you have to spend? Ninety dollar Norelco not as good as $39 Remington.

None that I have found. If you want a really close shave you will have to go with a blade.

I've always found Remington shavers to get really close.
