Okay. So Jesus was a Jew. So why wouldn't that be the right religion? If Jesus was it himself and he's perfect, why wouldn't everyone just be Jewish? but the other thing is, why do some people want to be Jewish? I mean, they killed Jesus. Somebody please explain it to me!

and sorry if i offended any jewish people -- i'm not trying to, i'm just trying to figure this out. :)

I ets out of Korea and have never been stationed in the States aside from basic and AIT. So I have no idea. But beer on post in Korea is much cheaper than what I'm paying here in Atlanta, Georgia. Since I still have my IRR ID I figure I get on post to buy beer. But before I waste a trip I figure I'll ask first. Is beer on post cheaper than beer you get outside. (Maybe some kind of duty exemption or something. I don't know)

the jewish faith (I mean a long long time ago) Actually had several gods, which would make sense from an anthropolitcal point of view. Any how, I remember reading some where that they had a High God and then the god of Isreal was Jehova. That Jesus felt the God of the OT wasn't the true God because Jehova was not the true God.
I can't remember where I read it and I was wondering if anyone else knew anything about it.

ok im 13 and NOT pregnant but i started birth control pills to regulate my period sunday i was suppose to get my period for the first month ive taken them but it didnt come . I don't mean going through the courts and legally changing your name. I mean, like a gangsta or someone who's on the lamb, so to speak. If a person was to simply move to a different place where no one knows you, you can obviously use any name you want. But if you really want to establish a whole new life and get a different job, you'd need a drivers liscense, social security card, birth certificate, just for starters. So, seriously, how does a person change their persona????

I am getting married in about 2 1/2 weeks and have been debating with myself whether I should keep my maiden name. I would keep my maiden name, maybe as a middle name since I dont have one, and just add my fiances last name. I wouldnt hyphenate either. I just want to see how many women are doing this and age range. I wouldnt really tell people that I kept my maiden name, I mean they could still call Mrs. His last name. But just down on paper and stuff I would have it be my name, lastname and husbands last name. And I am not doing this because I dont think we will be together forever, if I thought that I wouldnt be marrying him! I am doing it because to me my last name is very important, I love it, its me, and I could care less about tradition in this case. So how many women out there have kept their maiden name and added husbands? How do you feel about it, are you happy with it?

I'm 20 and i have one year of school under my belt. I took a year off and worked full time. I'm at a point where I don't want to keep looking for a job but don't want to keep going to school either. I want to work in the medical field and I think the navy is my best choice for that. Can you go in as an officer with a two year degree or does it matter and if so, should I finish my two year Associates in Arts degree or just go in now? Does the type of degree matter?
