I want to loose weight. Please help! I am so low and hate being fat.... I want to loose weight fast!

The LA weight loss program seems to help some. It isn't cheap. Perhaps they can give you the training and motivation you need.

Dont go crash dieting to lose the weight - you'll only put it back on. Aim to lose 2-3lbs a week. I know it doesnt sound like a lot but by losing it gradually you are less likely to be left with loose skin and stretchmarks, and you are more likely to keep the weight off afterwards.
Stick to a healthy eating plan - I dont agree with cutting out an entire food group (eg atkins) - as soon as you're "not allowed" something, that's when you'll want it soooooooo bad!!!
So keep it balanced, and keep the portions small. Snack on cereal bars and fruit, or cuppa soups! They're helping me BIG time.
Also make sure you get plenty of exercise. You dont have to join a gym - little things can make a big difference when combined. Try things like taking the stairs instead of a lift, do weights with food cans, dance around your house to your favourite music - as long as you're active it will start to work!
Also, when you exercise, it produces endorphins which is a feel good chemical in your brain. It will hopefully stop you feeling so low.

The best way to lose weight is to increase excersize, decrease portions, eat only good food(nutrtionally), get good sleep at night. Drink lots of water.

Cut out faty foods, drink a full glass of water before a meal,walk everyday, choose to go up stairs, park far from a store, cut out sweet foods, do eat whole grain foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, snacks are okay if they are good food.

Low carb diets can be bad for you if you do not drink lots of water. It is better to have a varied diet and cut the amout eaten. Use skimmed milk products, eat low fat meats.

I have tried different diets but the only one that has helped me is the Slimming World diet. It helps if you have a friend or relative to go with you as you are less likely to miss a week. Also it helps if you do some exercise with the diet. I know what you mean about being low and hating being fat so I wish you loads of luck.

You should go pick up the South Beach book. I lost 10 lbs in the first week on the diet! I ended up losing about 19 lbs so far. If you're dedicated and stick to it, it will work.

Ask for your entrée to be served on a bed of greens rather than a bed of pasta or mashed taters.

why not join a local slimmers group, they will give you support when you are feeling low.
I know how hard it is to lose weight - I battle with my weight all the time and i have to really watch what I eat, I am now at my target weight which is really good.
be careful to eat healthily and not starve yourself, the atkins is quite good...
