Whatever happened to Innocent until proven guilty? It is so amazing to me how people can already call Bobby Cutts a murderer when they haven't even seen ALL the evidence, they've only been given bits an pieces. I mean if after all the evidence is presented then I would make a opinion on whether to call him a murderer or not.

Hi,
Is there any advantage to using an FHA loan if I have 20% for a down payment? I've heard that the rates can be lower and refinancing is easier with an FHA. Are there any other advantages?

Also, do most banks these days offer FHA, or do I need to go to a special lender?

A guy is browsing in a pet shop and sees a parrot sitting on
a little perch. It doesn't have any feet or legs. The guy
says aloud, "Jeesh, I wonder what happened to this parrot?"

The parrot says, "I was born this way. I'm a defective
parrot."

"Holy crap," the guy replies. "You actually understood and
answered me!"

"I got every word," says the parrot. "I happen to be a
highly intelligent thoroughly educated bird."

"Oh yeah?" the guy asks, "Then answer this -- how do you
hang onto your perch without any feet?"

"Well," the parrot says, "this is very embarrassing but
since you asked, I wrap my weenie around this wooden bar
like a little hook. You can't see it because of my
feathers."

"Wow," says the guy. "You really can understand and speak
English can't you?"

"Actually, I speak both Spanish and English, and I can
converse with reasonable competence on almost any topic:
politics, religion, sports, physics, philosophy. I'm
especially good at ornithology. You really ought to buy me.
I'd be a great companion."

The guy looks at the $200.00 price tag. "Sorry, but I just
can't afford that."

"Pssssssst," says the parrot, "I'm defective, so the truth
is, nobody wants me cause I don't have any feet. You can
probably get me for $20; just make the guy an offer!"

The guy offers $20 and walks out with the parrot.

Weeks go by. The parrot is sensational. He has a great sense
of humor, he's interesting, he's a great pal, he understands
everything, he sympathizes, and he's insightful. The guy is
delighted.

One day the guy comes home from work and the parrot goes,
"Psssssssssssst," and motions him over with one wing. "I
don't know if I should tell you this or not, but it's about
your wife and the postman."

"What are you talking about?" asks the guy.

"When the postman delivered the mail today, your wife
greeted him at the door in a sheer black nightie."

"WHAT???" the guy asks incredulously. "THEN what happened?"

"Well, then the postman came into the house and lifted up
her nightie and began petting her all over," reported the
parrot.

"NO!" he exclaims. "And she let him?"

"Yes. Then he continued taking off the nightie, got down on
his knees and began to kiss her all over...."

Then the frantic guy demands, "THEN WHAT HAPPENED?"

"Damned if I know. I got a hard-on and fell off my perch!"

i am 1 week shy of 6 months pregnant im taking my 1 year maternity leave oct first, i work at a local zellers (can vers of wal mart, tho we have both) and i work in the electronics dep, i work 5 days a week anywhere between 5-8 hours a day, There is NOWHERE for me to sit and i get in trouble when i lean on the counter, im not very busy all the time so i usually sit or kneel on the floor or bay shelf behind my counter ( lowest shelf to the floor) and i have 3 curves in my spine worst one happens to be in my lower back...and i have a super mild case of arthritist in my knees also not fun im 19 years old, to get to my main point i wanna know whats wrong........half way thro any of shifts i all of sudden get real warm then my hearing and vision goes out for a split second and then my body gets so weak i can bearly hold my head up, my husband and i need the money soooo bad cuz were living in a basement that leaks when it rains...poor condition and i dont wanna tell my suporvisor about my

As they just showed a replay of Kyle Petty and Matt Kenseth get together on track at Sonoma, you can here one of the two drivers, sounds like Petty, say "what the F(full word heard)...." over his radio, and it was broadcast over the cable channel. Do you think TNT and NASCAR, AND every broadcasting company covering, showing, rebroadcasting this show, be penalized and fined?

I'm looking for lists (like billboard, musicscan or whomever) on songs from the 80's and 90's (tryin' to compile a list of songs to play at my wedding next year).

The problem is finding a detailed list. Billboard isn't only showing a top 5 for past years, musicscan and some others only a top 10 or 20 for the past years....

I'm wanting a top 50-100 for each year.....if there are that detailed of lists out there anyway.

Does anyone know where I can find them?

I am in the process of purchasing a home, but my mortgage broker stated that my credit score is not that great. He said if I let someone else run my credit it will go down and I will not be qualified for a mortgage. (reminde you he ran my credit alot himself.) Can I have another broker run my credit without affecting my score or if it does go down will I be qualified for a loan.
