What can i say to her, to let me get one. I know myspace isn't bad at all and all my friends have one. What should i say, or should i take the risk and do it anyway?

Man some parents are so stupid when it comes to the internet.
Tell her the following things: 1. We have used myspace and it is fine.
2. Stalkers would probably not get them and if they did, you can block them, treat it as spam, or report the abuse and their account will be instantly deleted.
3. myspace has a lot of good things to help people communication with one another.

Your mom is right. If the other moms would be as true to their morals as yours,. it would be a lot less of a problem. I can see why everyone wants to do it. It's like it proves you are popular if other kids leave you messages. But the bottom line is, it has become dangerous and you have to go with what your mom says.

how old are you? if you are able to get on the internet without parental controls your mother should realize that you are exposed to lots of things that are harmful. if you allow your mom to make her own myspace account and you let her see yours, then perhaps it would make her feel better about you using it. good luck.

say that it is a good way to stay in touch with your friends, and that it is safe becuase of the privacy myspace has.

you should tell her to get one and check it out first or check it out with you. But i would take the risk. im not a bad boy but you only get to live once and if you dont experiance it its your lose.
