Cutts, Jr. admitted to police he disposed of the body and hid it. That alone is enough criminal guilt to put one away in prison for natural life.....maybe for 10 years--if Cutts gave up the real killer's name(s).
But there is no other killer--and Cutts knows better than to play "not guilty" games here.
As a police officer, Cutts, Jr. knows they got prints off the bleach containers, his son likely will finger him as the killer (poor kid witnessed the whole mess), yet disclosed DNA evidence will forensically hang him, and subsequent multiple police Internal Affairs investigation discoveries concerning his family and friendship ties to known illegal drug dealing gang members are added nails to the coffin.....
...oh....and there's those avoided domestic abuse charges involving him and another girlfriend ( who bore a child by him)--conflicts that also involved a major NBA player....and had him commit a simple break-in....among other misdemeanors.
Put it this way: Cutts, Jr. ain't no O.J.--and Sharpton's people well know to avoid this turkey loser. Cutts is guilty and going down fast. And I bet there's A LOT of nervous "loved ones" itching to get a private crack at silencing Cutts forever, too.
Still need more evidence? Sure, pal--hold on: it's well on the way fast.
Personally: I'd LOVE to interview this guy---find out what led him to kill like he did; maybe we can get into the mind of guys like him and Scott Peterson.

Innocent until proven guilty is a standard for the court of law. NOT PUBLIC OPINION! The public is NOT held to the same standard as the court room.
We are allowed to judge and make opinions based on evidence presented to us by the news media and press conferences.
{You might want to wait until a jury finds him guilty but I could care less what 12 OTHER people think... and just because 12 people do not think a person is guilty--does NOT mean they are innocent (IE -- OJ simpson)}

Well, it seems that Bobby Cutts told the cops where to find Jessie's body so I would say that indicates guilt on his part.

He is guilty alright. He has more than enough of a motive. Don't feel sorry, for him after what he did to that poor woman, and her baby. Right in front, of his 2 year old son. He needs to be horse whipped. Guilty as sin, he is.

Well, he DID confess to getting rid of the body...but not the murder...but where there is smoke there is fire...he has already lied so much to the world about this case and we know he does not have the greatest morals in the world...so do the math...

First, she should have never got involved with a married man. Second, ...why in the world would she have not one but two babies by someone like that. She was not too smart.

I agree with YOU! He may have lied about things to the police, etc. But that does not mean he is guilty or innocent. People should wait until it is proven that he did this crime before they label him.

Well, since Cutts has confessed to the crime and led authorities to her body, that is proof of guilt in my book. With that said, I hope the sicko rots in hell!!!!!!!!
