I'm looking for lists (like billboard, musicscan or whomever) on songs from the 80's and 90's (tryin' to compile a list of songs to play at my wedding next year).

The problem is finding a detailed list. Billboard isn't only showing a top 5 for past years, musicscan and some others only a top 10 or 20 for the past years....

I'm wanting a top 50-100 for each year.....if there are that detailed of lists out there anyway.

Does anyone know where I can find them?

www.musicoutfitters.com/topsongs/1980.htm
Or type in music outfitters in a search bar, or go to amazon.com and type in 80's music and find compilations. On the web address I gave you, in the part where I put 1980, you fill that in with the year you want. Once at the site, you can scroll other years. It gives the top 100 songs for each year, starting with 1960 to the present. Good Luck! Also time-life music has compilation cd's from the 80's also!

Have you tried going to a bookstore and looking for some books that are published by Billboard magazine?
I know I have some Billboard magazine books that I have bought at Barnes and Noble or Borders.
Congratulations on getting married!!
You might try going to their website: www.Billboard.com.
Usually the books are just the top 40 hits or albums.
You might also try a reference department at your local library.

What I would do is subscribe to a music download site such as Rhapsody, that's what I have and if I have any questions about music, I just type it in there.

Nope. Why don't you just ask people what their favorite 80s songs are?
