No, it's an individual choice some choose not to remove the garments others choose to remove them..
There is no mandate as to wearing or not wearing the garments while having sex, bathing, swimming, cooking dinner or doing any other activity...

Is this actually true? I would love to know where in Scripture it states a specific type of underwear to use, along with instructions on when and where it is appropriate to have them on; I have two comments:
1. If it is in Scripture, then I have just dedicated a great portion of my life to the Bible and yet have missed it.
2. If it is not Scriptural, then whatever religion they are choosing to follow is their business, but they cannot continue
to refer to themselves as "Christians".
Based on the other doctrine coming from the Mormons, I
am quite sure they are not Christian, and no, there isn't any
underwear instruction to be found in the Bible.
Please stop calling yourselves Christians, folks.

No they don't have to wear it during sex, they also don't have to wear it when they are wearing a bathing suit

Well, have you seen some of those mormons? I'll refer to your "obesity" question earlier. I think in some cases, it may be a blessing in disguise for Mormons to keep em on. If you know what I mean.. ;)

Oh, yes, we MUST leave the underwear on, AND do it thru a hole in the sheet.
The only time we do it au naturale, and face to face is when we consummate our marriage in the temple, in front o God and everyone.
