I enjoy creating paintings from my own photgraphs that I take. I have discovered if I print the photo out on regular paper I can trace it with a heat transfer pen and then iron it on to a canvas. I then paint in the lines like it is a coloring book. Is this considered cheating since I traced it? Or is it okay since I am using all my own artwork and images?

I just discovered that there are plenty of worms living in the substrate, and they are so tiny that they look like dust. Also there are some bigger worms digging between the gravel. What are these worms? How to get rid of them? Are they harmful?

Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said that one amendment would gut the system for companies to verify that employees are legally eligible to work in the U.S. Another proposal would alter a program to give preference to immigrants with job skills, which Republicans demanded.
One proposal, by Iowa Republican Charles Grassley and Democrats Max Baucus of Montana and Barack Obama of Illinois, would eliminate the requirement that employers verify the legal status of every worker in order to detect employees who are undocumented immigrants.
In a letter urging its rejection, Chertoff warned that the amendment ``eliminates needed tools'' to enforce the law and would ``continue a flourishing market for fake documents and identity fraud."
Do you think we need to work to provide the "not much"to
stop it?

me... i hate pairing socks! i never liked it.. i think cuz when i was young, my mom would make me pair them...hmm' maybe cuz she didnt like it either..
&
taking out the trash!...that for sure is because back at grammas house i always took it out..i didnt mind then!!! she had those big bins..but a few times i took it out, a raccoon was in there one time it sorta lunged at me ..another time it was so dark i didnt know one was in there till i seen the red eyes

so scary!! those things can do some damage with those claws

My best friend (which is a guy) loves it when i make him sugar cookies. he loves them gooey. i am tired of just making them so plain though. how can i decorate some for him that isnt so intricut that he is like wow, but he knows i put some time into it. i really like this guy, so i want him to know i care, but not that i am desperate to please him. ideas please!!!

Realistically, how much do you think it would cost to have this house built on our land (near Buffalo, NY)?

There would be no basement... I might like ten foot ceilings, if that's possible.... otherwise, just like the one pictured.

Any chance a house like this could be built for 120k or 130k?

I am 16 years old, and I have a high school diploma and a paralegal certificate. I've researched this all over online, but I haven't found anything that says that a minor CAN'T be a paralegal or legal assistant (BTW, I live in SW Washington/Portland, OR area). I think the hardest thing would be getting someone to hire me at such a young age... But does anyone out there know if a minor can be employed as a paralegal?

I've known this boy for 3-4 years online, in letters, through the phone. but never in person. He's 18, I'm 17. I'm not being stupid with this, I can assure you, and I've had him take a picture of himself with my name on a little peice of paper, etc. His pictures all match. But one can never be sure that the person I've corresponded with will actually be the one who shows up. I've read a few things online that basically say, "BE PARANOID. what's the harm?" but I'm not sure how much more paranoid can I be? My mom's going to run a background check and everything, and plans to talk to him tonight.. so I was wondering if the yahoo community could help me out with the following:

A. What kinds of things should my mom ask him about on the phone? Like things that would confirm his identity, etc.
B. Other than meeting in a public place, what other precautions should I take?
C. Safer if he has a hotel room or stays at my house, where he could jeapordize (sp?) the safety of my family?

Is that legal? I live in California, and I get paid salary. However, when I do the math and divide the hours by the amount I am paid per paycheck, it is less than minium wage. Can my employer do this to me just because I'm earning salary?

I would like to know best way to get exact temperature within +- 5 degrees, I thought of putting in boiling water ( 212 degrees ) but not sure if water stays at 212 or gets hotter. This is for a smoker which needs to be at 200 to 225 degrees.tnx

I have spoken with a few people who say that I don't need to purchase a whole steering column. All I need is a steering case and a ignition switch. Someone else stated I did. I showed the people who told me about the case and switch pics. Is it possible to only need this or will I have to get the entire column. Please give any advice you can. This is verryyy much needed. My hermit crab molted after 4 weeks of being buried under the sand. Her body and legs are now extremely bright blue (they were not before) and her claws are dark red (she was always a blue crab). Is this normal? She's a small crab.
