Realistically, how much do you think it would cost to have this house built on our land (near Buffalo, NY)?

Url for house plan: http://details.coolhouseplans.com/details.html?pid=chp-36453&FoundID=7&sid=chp23

There would be no basement... I might like ten foot ceilings, if that's possible.... otherwise, just like the one pictured.

Any chance a house like this could be built for 120k or 130k?

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

build house near a more low value area like i.e missile test site.
nuclear dump, under power lines ,supheric powder plant.
it will bring down value and price of buildings to a $5,000 and plus no peskey neighbors except malfunctioning missiles, radioactive barrels or general radio mirco electro radiation or supheric mist.remember keep your expectation low and you can accomplish any thing.

It's not likely a builder will get out of bed for $130,000. They have to pay their own fees, insurance, worker's comp for employees, order and pay for materials in advance...

If you are in need of a house, see if your local zoning laws will allow you to put up a modular.
