I think the family is the most important place. Other than that, I think I'm going to have to blame the victim and say that we need to make young men more aware of this tendency. They can then choose to date women who don't do this and/or not date as much until they're older. I know this tendency has its roots in evolution, but so does men's desire for a variety of mates. I think another change would be to give an equal amount of recognition and shaming that we give to some of the bad things that men do.
If you think I'm whining, go ahead and point it out. I'll point out that this tendency has a larger impact than you might think on how all men percieve women, even the bad boys themselves.

My husband was talking last night about his frustration about their not being enough intamacy in our relationship (I am not really a physical person i have autsim/heart failure) but when he was yelling he was saying things like I never messed around before marriage because I thought I would do that stuff with my WIFE, and be able to share that with my WIFE. He did not say share that with ME. This makes me feel like he's angry at me for him possibly marrying the wrong person, it felt almost to me like he was angry about his choice......did he mean it that way?

I see a whole bunch of questions asking what the penalties of being gay in the Navy are, but I have no clue why it's frowned upon to be gay. It's like racism. Gays can't help being gay, so why punish them for something they can't control?

I am 27 yr old female,I am unemployed due to health probs,and don't have medical insurance. I am currently seeking to get on disability.due to a disc l injury and other health probs II was hospitilized a few times in 2,005 n 2,006 and have wracked up a hospital bill debt of at least 12,000. okay so im 19, still a virgin, and i have high standards for guys, and as a result im sexually frustrated and im tired of holding out! i honestly dont see sex as a big deal, but i do want my first time to be with someone i really truly care about and who i know feels the same about me, but im so frustrated and i really just want to do it already! so should i just be more realistic and date guys who dont completely fit my standards?

I have always leaned right but hate to identify with any LABEL. Most of the republicans candidates and democratic candidates really have similar agendas.
