Face the facts, we change as we age. There aren't very many people that are exempt from accidents or diseases. Sometimes change comes easy and sometimes change is forced upon us like the plague. Every person has their own set of guidelines and expectations. Personally I avoid major mood swings or expectations beyond my means. But I always try to get up in a good mood because you never know when one of those special days is going to creep up. I like to think that everyone deserves a fair stake in life, attitude is required for success.

right for you! you have realised that this is genuinely organic and all portion of becoming up, so which you likely won't get the widespread concerns and concerns approximately what you're dealing with like an incredible sort of babies do! it quite is a superb self assurance booster to talk up for your self and to make the 1st pass in direction of being acquaintances with people. different issues (like the tuna sandwiches) would look trivial to a pair, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it starts off with the little issues & purely grows. You sound like an sensible individual who's enjoying the technique of maturing. save on, and good success in all you do.

Yes, definately on October 16,1995. My life since then has changed 180 degrees. Also I am not the same person I was before that day.

Re energized. Yes, that happens to me often. Typically, when I take on a new challenge at work or a new project that I love.
It acts as a spring board for my passion and drive :)

I woke up alot of days like that, and then it seems like somehow I always sink back into myself and then everything is the same again. It's really weird.
