I'm 15, almost 5'5" and about 128 pounds. I used to weigh less, but suddenly I gained a bunch of weight. I know that this is not an unhealthy weight by any means, but the new extra fat makes me uncomfortable. What are your thoughts?

I am 19 years old---and I have weight issues. I am a healthy weight of 132 pounds for my height. However, I would love to be 5 to 10 pounds thinner. I have always tried but my weight fluctuates like a yo yo. In the same week I can go from 125 to 135. I work 50-55 hours a week and go to school. So I really don't have time to go to a gym. I do try to work out any free time I have. I eat 3 times a day or less. I have tried dietary supplements but nothing works. I even sit down in front of my tv and do crunches and lift weights at home. Does any one know of some ways I could lose 5 to 10 pounds and keep it off for good!!!! Is it meant to be???? Please help

I have heard that almond oil sooths and lightens the area under the eyes. Is this true, and if so where can i buy it? how much does it usually cost? can you get it at any normal drug or grocery store? thanks

i was lying down and reading yesterday when my heart beats faster than normal, and after 1 min, it will return back to normal..then it will start again for 1 min, and then back to normal.. I've had this problem b4 & when i asked a doctor, he said that i was 'excited'. at that time i was walking when it happened and I sure wasnt 'excited' during my walk home from work..i always walk home and it hasnt happened b4... and the way the doc said was as if he didnt care, i felt like smacking his face, coz when i asked him further, its like he didnt know what to answer...

i havent had this problem ever since but started again yesterday...i wanted to see another doc but i'm afraid they'll say the same thing...

any doctors or experienced pple who knows whats happening to me? I appreciate your answers..

Do you normally need to give one month's notice when you get your unit cleaned out. I last paid the monthly fee on June 6 and was going to tell them tomorrow that I did not need my unit anymore. My ex has the agreement so I'm not sure of the rules. I was awarded the items that were stored there in our divorce and cannot afford the payment anymore. I was hoping it would be prorated and that I might receive some money back. Does anyone know?

I bumped a person with my car in a parking lot accidently. He did not fall down or anything and he said he thought he was going to be ok but he said I did hurt his knee some but he walked off just fine. We did not file a police report. He went to see his regular doctor now he is seeing a specialist. I am thinking his regular doctor did not see it and is sending him on to someone else. I think he is digging for money.
The injury he is claiming would have been very painful and he was so not hurt like that he did not even drop what he was carrying. What do I do to protect myself from a scammer? This happened in Alabama

I bought a catfish two days ago, and it was perfectly fine last night, swimming around just fine, but this morning I found it laying at the bottom,dead. I know, that alot of fish dont make it,espically fish from Walmart (which is where I got him BUT, I've also gotten all my other fish there, and we have four that we've had for more than a year,and they are healthy) it seems ok, but it has these red marks on its body. I dont know if maybe that was from the other fish eating him after he died, or if he was sick, or maybe he got in a fight? I dont know exactly what kind he was, but the tag says Pictus (sp?)Catfish.
