Middle names with an "N" sound seem to work best with Kenzie because they flow well with the middle sound.
So:
Kenzie Melina
Kenzie Madylin
Kenzie Morgan
Kenzie Madison
Depends what you're going for. Kenzie Morgan would be the best if you're going for a unisex, boyish cuteness. Kenzie Madylin or Madison would be the girly, cutesy choice. And Kenzie Melina if you're going for something more unique and pretty. Kenzie Madylin is my personal favorite.
With the boys, Kayden Michael is a clear winner. Its very cute, and boyish, yet it will be masculine, classy and formal on a older man. Great choice.
