I have heard that this helps with undereye circles but i do not know what it is or where to get it or if it is safe. Basically any information would be great!

turmeric powder is a spice used in indian cooking. its yellow in colour and can be bought at any spice shop.
it is safe as it is natural. i am an indian girl, and ive used it on my face my entire life.
It definitly helps-it makes your face glow and helps remove marks. just add a little water and apply it as a paste.
You can end-up with a yellow tinge to your face but its easily removed with any cleanser.

OH MY GAWD NO!!!!!!!!!!!
Its a spice used in middle eastern cooking!!!
If you want bright orange irritated skin then by all means try it.....
BUT PLEASE DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
