Just cut down on how much you eat, as well as trying to avoid snacking on junk: sweets, fried/sugar/salt foods etc. Instead, have fruits - they're good for revision, and bring water to exams. Exercises: Every morning stretch a little and do some sit-ups, press-ups, oblique crunches, go for a quick run, skip (skipping is just as good as running), It'll take time to even lose that little bit of weight you've added on though due to your exam timetable, so build a workout routine -after- your exams, but for now just cut down on comfort food and do light exercise.

wow we are exactly to the core you must be my twin.. 15 about 5'5" and really close to 128 but anyways I have dropped a few pounds now about 123ish.. but workout a ton.. watching what I eat now, trying to cut out junk food, walking, burning calories.. eating healthier.. and about 2 weeks I lost about 5 pounds.. so if we are exactly the same then I know for sure you can lose the weight like I did.. because I know feeling the weight even though you don't look it still feels like you should be a little less.. I hope this helped

Hi all you need to do is exercise and eat healthy foods. Try walking after dinner fast foods will make you gain and so will junk food and drink plenty of water. Pop will really make you gain weight. If you get hungry before meals have a peice of fruit or some veggies. You also might find your weight gain is from not being active enough. So try walking daily or even going swimming daily. You will see a change if you change your eating habits and if you exercise more. Good Luck

women weight more than girls - you just grow up and your body becomes more curvy.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Be careful......at this age your metabolism is very high. All you need to do is cut out any extra sugar, salt , and saturated fats. And get moving! I made the mistake of starving myself to 105 lbs. when I was 15 (weighed 132 lbs). It wrecked my metabolism and I've been yoyo dieting ever since.

you are 15. your body is changing, which is a good, healthy normal thing. With that change comes a higher weight. Eat right, get exercise the healthy way so you don't develop unhealthy habits for the future. Embrace your new curves, girl!
