I am trying to cancel a sale of my condo because the buyer failed to make an ernest money deposit within 3 days of signing the purchase agreement. It has now been 8 days with still no deposit. My realtor says I need to sign a "Notice to buyer to perform" form that gives the buyer 24 hours to come up with the contingencies (ie. the deposit). Do I, as the seller, have to sign this form and give the buyer 24 hours? Hasn't the buyer failed to meet his obligation of providing an ernest money deposit within the 3 days and should I not be able to cancel the contract?

the only reason i kept watching the Cavs after they were down 0-2 to the Pistons was because i felt like they should have won both of those games. I dont get that feeling with this series.

Democracy is a system that use checks and balances thoughout the government and it's nation.


Even If a person is charges with first deagree murder of a hit and run. This person may be bail out of jail and will get away this terriable crime.

Democracy even needs prove to put someone in jail, but sometimes for example, OJ Simpson was already been charges of murder before.

There were enough proof to put him to jail but instead, he was off free but without his million dollars he made from his football career.

The system was not just only corrputed, but also it was screaw up and being too fair that they don't convicted the guy with enough proof.

The problem is lack of power, and the only way to get power is though dictatorship or divine monarchy.

If we have the type of government like that, things can get done and there will be less problems.

Total control over everyone so that justice can be done fast and simple without debates and delays.
