It's usally a sign of too much activity - either rubbing against something coarse (jeans can cause a lot of pain), or rough "handling" (intercourse, masturbation).
I get these if I've been "jerking it" for too long - or after the second or third "round".
The typical signs are if the head seems a little more swollen than usual - and appears red either around the edge of the head, or just underneath it.

It probably means that your kidney stones are passing through your urine, and yes a little blood is normal. I'm not a doctor but you can usually call your doctors nurse about it or a lot of clinics have call a nurse phone line.

Depends on what youre doing with it.
Could mean youre pulling on it too hard when you masturbate.
Or it could mean you have a STD (Hopefully not, check for discharge)
Other than that I cant tell you but if its a persistant pain for no reason please call your doctor and have it checked out.

u might got a urinary tract infection. Does it hurt when u pee? Are u having unprotected sex? It could be many things. Did your soap aggrevate it? Is there discharge, if so you should go see your doctor asap..
