How far away are the sleepers? What time of day or night? Rhythm or lead? A good choppy rhythm can sound like a full band. If the snoring is that loud they oughta be able to sleep thru the guitar playin'!

It really depends... If you are the guitar playing Pixie that helps children get to sleep in the cold winter months in New England, then... I think you almost have to.
Furthermore, if that is you: thanks, there were a couple nights back in 78 that I don't think I could have fallen asleep without you.

You look like you have sharp teeth--you could take quite a chunk out of it.
It is rude when people know you are trying to sleep and doing that is just
plain rude.

I played my dad electric one time while my brother and his friend was sleeping...I was maybe 12....and my dad was trying to teach me and I took it upon myself to play....and I turned it up a little too loud...and I was chased around the whole house for an hour....by two fast guys....
