I am making BBQ'd hoisin salmon for Father's Day.
I am not sure what sides to make.
What do you think?

a bed of cous cous. then marinate veggies of you choice in Italian dressing the grill them w/your fish to your preferred texture mine is crisp

I second the couscous idea, and add mixed greens salad with vinaigrette dressing or sauteed spinach

I almost agree...my thought is wild rice with some stir-fried porcini mushrooms.
