Is it too punishable under section 428 or 429 of Indian Penal Code about prevention of cruelty against animals ( India) ?

My friend who is over sixty has been divorced for five years,she still shares family home with ex .They have seprt facilities and areas.She now has a very caring man wont wants her to be with him. but she cannot move on because she has pity for the old man,who is now in his late 70s and will be on his own if she leaves .She wants our help but we're out of ideas .Help!!!!!!!!!!

I want to gift a cousin a nintendo wii that lives overseas which means I will have to travel by plane. So, I just wanted to know if it was safe and I wouldn't get the nintendo wii confiscated by security because the country I'm going to dosen't have nintendo wii released yet.

I am doing a marketing project and one of the questions is to come up with promo strategies for attracting men to a day spa. So far I have "bring a friend offer" that offers discounts, and linking with other organizations (such as a gym) to promote the day spa. I have Office Pro 2003. Oddly enough, Frontpage didn't come with it.

I have Hotmail/MSN space/MyMSN and MSN Live seems interesting.

But I write html/css...etc. "by hand" (WYSIWYG).

It looks like they want users to use Frontpage. No? (I don't want to shell out near $300 for Frontpage or Microsoft Expression Web)

I tried getting a girl, but I gave up. I never even asked a girl out, as I have never talked to girls before. I know I am goofy looking. (I seriously look like a dinosaur) and I can never show love. I want people to view me as tough, and I don't count holding hands, smiling, being in love or making out as tough. I count being mean and bossing others around as tough. When I was young, I watched many movies of dictators beating people up and being boss, and that made me permantely think that dictators are tough. I don't even need sex. I view it as embarassing and not worth my energy.

what could I do to make my 1992 cavalier look better, I've replace all the stock to make it look clean. I want to do something new. Such as a new hood or body kit, which is expensive. Is there and stock hoods that look cool that would fit on that car?

If I understand him this is a paraphrase of the 'proof' CS Lewis offered for God's existence. Any correction or elaboration welcome.


Humans assume their thoughts have 'meaning'; there are only two options concerning meaning:

1) If there is no God the universe is an accident and therefore meaningless. If it started out meaningless it remains meaningless as meaning can't evolve or derive from non-meaning.

2) God created the universe and therefore there is some ultimate foundational meaning of which our human meaning (or reason) is subsidiary.

No one can argue against meaning because their arguing assumes meaning.

Therefore, God exists.


I'm no logician: assuming I've fairly stated his position, does this 'prove' God exists? Why or why not?
