You may be suffering from sleep apnea. There may be a sleep disorder clinic in your area. Give them a call. They may have suggestions or trials in your area that you can participate in.

hey there. dont worry, I know how you feel. I bet alot of other people do too. What I used to do is take caffiene pills... they were pills that had I think about 200mg of caffiene each. That was alright until I overdosed, overdosing on caffiene can be very horrific. I think the best thing is not to get started on caffiene... I mean alot of people are probably going to say have coffee and stuff, but talking from experience and hard learned lessons I say that thats not always best. It can make your really hyper, or it can make you really twitchy and uncomfortable, and when it wears off sometimes you feel dead. Its best not to get addicted to it either, because you might end up with more problems than you started with. I went to the doctor for this same problem, and he said that it could be my sinuses. If you cant breathe comfortably, then its hard to get a good sleep. There are different stages of sleep, deep and light. If you get into the deep stage, you will be much more engergized. Although sometimes you only sleep in the light stage and so you dont feel as good. Seriously, thats what he told me. Heres what I reccomend... It may seem riduclous since you are already tired, but try going for a jog before work if at all possible. I used to run in the morning and I guess it just made me feel better . Also, try showering, stretching, and breathing deeply before falling asleep to help you relax more. I've also read that if your room is really dark and has a pleasant smell, you tend to have a deeper sleep and more engery as well. I hope some of this advice helps you out! Take care! :)

The two things that come to mind are a low-grade infection or an underactive thyroid. However, there are many things that can cause excessive fatigue, including too many late nights. Do go to your doctor and have a complete physical, just to make sure there are no serious conditions going on in your body. Whatever it is, your doctor will prescribe something that will keep you awake and alert. Good luck!

well first of all you need to set up an appointment with your dr. for a physical. it is possible that you have something called sleep apnea. sleep apnea is where when your asleep you stop breathing for short periods of time. this can cause you to be tired in the day time and have poor concentration.your dr, if he suspects this ,will ask you to do a sleep study where they observe your sleeping patterns. with this info they should be able to tell you if you have it and help you correct the problem .good luck.
