Seemingly I had left my car in the car park for more than one and a half hours allowed hence the £70 fine. The letter also states that if I pay quickly I will only have to pay £45. I think this letter was from the company that runs the car park for the supermarket company.
Is the company within its rights to fine me £70.
Where do I stand legally.
Should I pay this £70 fine to the supermarket car park company or not.
I would much appreciate some advice on what to do.

In other words, say I was forced to take a test because the rest of my fellow classmates were too disruptive and/or brought it upon THEMSELVES by not being studious. Thus, what word should I utilize to state that I, being just a hapless "observer", was innocent of being "unstudious" (I don't think that it is an actual word, but I'm just using it to coincide with my usage of "studious" beforehand).

Seeking advice regarding jaw surgery for open bite on 17 year old. Has had many years of ortho starting at age 9. Open bite keeps returning. Has had expander, tongue crib, 3 sets of braces, speech therapy. Anyone had this done? What were results, problems etc. All advice appreciated. Getting so frustrated and exhausted.

My husband and I have separated. I moved out yesterday into my sisters for the week as she is on holiday and the arguments and fights were just getting worse. He decided to end the marriage and has blamed me and hurt me terriblly including verbal and physical harm. He threatened to seek custody of our son, even though he knows this would kill me. So i moved out hoping it would give me peace and the space he has craved away from me. Well i have only been away 1 night and his attitude has changed. He cam onto messenger saying how sorry he was and he never meant for this to happen. Then told me to come back home and to just put our relationship on hold but to live together. Surely if he doesnt want me he would be happy that i am making moves to separate? His behaviour confuses me and after the way he has been this past month, to suddenly ask me back home..what is that meant to mean?
