That is a tough one.. .I spent a few minutes on wikipedia and then went to some sites for the Olympia Historical Society and couldn't find much. You might be able to contact someone off one of those sites you can help you dig up an old paper or somthing. However, it looks like the local paper didn't go into produciton until the 1860's several years after Olympia was founded in 1853... and it was named because of the view of the Olympic mountains from there.

I'd say you are better off making you own "in the spirit" of what it'd have been like if it were made in 1853.

This looks to be an almost impossible task. There might be one out there from an old newspaper, but it is a pretty specific request about a pretty obscure topic, so good luck.
