He's an excellent reader for his age. He absolutely adores the Captain Underpants books by Dave Pilkey and has read each of them many times. He favors books that are about gross things, you know typical eight year old boy stuff. If anyone has any suggestions that would be fabulous.

Can anyone knowledgeable in the real estate field take a stab at the following two questions? I realize that they’re pretty general, but just ballpark figures would be interesting to know.
1) What would you say is a rule of thumb difference (money amount or a percentage, whichever is easier) between the seller’s asking price and what that seller will accept? I realize that many factors enter into such an equation, such as market conditions, how quickly the seller wants to move, and so on; but, if you had to make some rough, general estimate, what would you say?
2) I’ve heard that ranches are in more demand now than two-story homes as the baby boomers are getting older and climbing stairs is becoming less desirable. If this is true, could you take another shot at what the difference might be (money or percentage) between a ranch and a two-story in the same neighborhood with all other things being equal, such as lot size, square footage, amenities.

i have a laptop it an HP Pavilion dv9210us n the info said that it had WLAN 802.1b/g network connection so if i buy a router does it has to be a B-router or a G-router or does it mean it can use either 1 that it can take b or g i was thinking of buyin 1 that said g cuz it the cheapest 1 rather than b/g . am looking at linksys brand any specfic model that work w/ the the laptop i have?

Am also plaining on using this wireless router for my desktop n i was wondering i know i have to buy a usb adapter thing for it n i was looking online n linksys has a usb network adapter n they have A-router B-router n G-router n i don't know which 1 will work w/ my desktop how do i check i have a hp pavillion a720n desktop

and it's something really really really bad, but it was a few years ago and you're still thinking about it? it's gotten so bad that you feel real guilty and having nightmares. and you feel like you should have come forward and told somebody about it and you haven't. because you never told anyone and someone else got blamed for it who shouldn't have. And the person who should get blamed for it is really close to you, should you tell? and the person doesn't even know I know. nobody know's that I know. but if I do tell, people are going to say, why did i wait this long. and I don't want to see the guilty person get in trouble because they're family and the person who got blamed was a friend of the family. but it's real serious what they did. Why did i have to see?

Solar Power? How about a SP UAV? We've done it, we have CO2 scrubbers in spacecraft. Albeit this is an ineffiecent example, taking in air, compressing it, and running it thorough the filter isn't that far fetched.
Hell, we don't NEED fossil fuels to run the nation... all a man needs is a good horse and some land to live on.

And if you listen to Al Gore's propoganda, he specifically states we can reduce current emmissions well below our current line.

I take my pixs on manual or aperture priority and usually can get the light that I want, but not the sharpness. I am shooting on "Fine" and i always try to keep my ISO low if I can, I also remember to white balence for each new environment. Is there something else that i should be doing because I am so disappointed with my shots even though I love the composition.
