other than icall for some some reason the calls r not clear

SKYPE is one, there are several.

Nearly all of these will require a DSL or other broadband connection to work well. dialup just doesn't have the bandwidth to support them.

buy far skype is the best but it isnt free anymore for outgoing calls but its only 15$ a year and its defently worth it
