Yeah, you should be able to update all your info on MOL (Marine Online).You can change your RED, contact info, home and work phone numbers etc. in the personal information portal. Your S1 would probably even prefer it you do it that way because it's less paperwork for them and the info is updated in the system within 24-72 hours. I'd suggest doing that, then doing an audit of your SRB prior to your EAS especially if your taking term leave.

you may not change your HOR. but you can change your legal residence. the Marines will only pay to ship your belongings the distance from your last duty station to your HOR when you seperate. anything further will be on your dime.

You should be able to because you established a desire to live in your house after your service. The only way to know for sure is to go to your legal office.

You can change your HOR by going to legal assistance. It is not automatic due to the purchase of a house.

Home of record is where you lived when you enlisted. You can change your legal residence, which determines where you can vote, pay state taxes, etc.
