On the question of abortion in the United States, for the most part, pro-life advocates decry the result of the 1973 Supreme Court ruling, while pro-choice advocates welcome the result. However, a number of pro-choice advocates, notably Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, argue that Roe v. Wade is faulty on Constitution grounds, stating that while they approve of the result, they disagree with the means by which the result was achieved, preferring a more democratic process. I was wondering if the converse is true, that there are pro-life advocates that agree with the Court's decision is valid, even if they do not like the result, and argue that a Constitutional amendment is required to overturn Roe v. Wade, or at least a change in legal statutes.

I'm not advocating any position here, and I would ask that answers refrain from at least overt arguing of either side of the debate. I'm simply looking to satiate my curiosity. Thank you in advance.

I had a previous question open about my computer that randomly decided to not turn on after 4 months of no usage whatsoever. I recently turned it on to install a new DVD burner in it and turned it off. Next day, it won't turn on. Now it's happened before, and usually I just unplug everything and plug it back in. Not this time. Now, I tried unplugging ALL the components from my motherboard: DVD Drive, HDD drives, Graphics Card, RAM, all of it. Now my CPU fan turns on, spins a little then seems to lose power but before it loses all power it spins a little again. Is the problem that my PSU is dying and it can only operate the CPU fan on my mobo? Because I tested the PSU in another computer (a lot less powerful, 800mHz processor) and it worked fine.
Here are my system specs: 2.66Ghz cpu, 256mb radeon 9550 graphics, 1gig RAM, 2 HDD totaling to 100gigs, and 1 DVD burner/reader/etc. (Hand-built, not bought from store)
Older system that i tested: 800mhz cpu, 256RAM, 64mb GeForce,10gigHD,CD

Ok ok ok ok. I'm freaking out right now because I was stupid and forgot that there wasn't a tampon already inserted in my vagina and then put another one in. The 2nd on came out fine, but the 1st one is lodged way up there. SERIOUSLY. I tried to pull it out and the string must've gotten attached to the tampon and the more I tried to get it out, I kept pushing it back further and further. Now I can barely reach it with my finger.

Does the vagina just push it out? Or should I go to the hospital? It's really embarassing I know, but I need help.

Professor Ward Churchill, a tenured professor of Ethnic Studies, at the University of Colorado, according to CNN "touched off a firestorm with an essay likening some victims in the World Trade Center to Adolf Eichmann, who helped carry out the Holocaust". What I am interested in is why have we as Americans can't say the truth? We do have the Bill of Rights protected by the US Constitution's First Amendment where "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press or the right of the people to peacefully assemble, and to petition the government for redress of grievances".
Why are we so afraid of free speech?

Unmarried couple bought a house this year and each paying half of the mortgage (property tax included in the loan).
What is the best way to do for income tax filing next year so both of them will benefit from the tax deductions or possible refunds from this house?
Since they are unmarried, each will be filing as SINGLE. Can each put on their Tax returns the amount they paid/shared on the mortgage (half each)?
