I am remodeling a house and was thinking of adding a few extras. I am finishing the basement and thought of adding one room down there as a wine room with wine racks and an island. is this something that would raise the value of the house, or is that just something for a very expensive place? this is a middle class house in Pittsburgh. If it isn't worth doing, what are some ideas for rooms that would up the resale value?

We use our spit as a lubricate..could that be it? He is large and I am small..could he be making little tears? He is very clean and I always urinate and clean the area after sex. OH..I am not on birth control and we do not use condoms?????? What could it be from??? Any idea??

My grandson told us last week that he is a non believer.

This stuff makes me sick. Why are today's youth throwing away their future in heaven for the gifts of the earth?

I would expect that kind of garbage from these hippie atheist types. But not someone raised in the house of the Lord.

I'm taking him out of my will and have no choice but to no longer help pay for his college. If you want to turn your back on Jesus, be ready for the consequences.

If more adults would put consequences for this kind of crap, we would help bring back children to the Lord.

I blame these types that run shows like "Will & Grace" and run around talking about worshipping rocks and acting European. No wonder we are in trouble as a nation. I can only hope my grandaughter stays away from this guy until he gets his act straight. She actually acts like a female, just like in the 50's and 60's. Now, they don't. Most just eat a lot and talk to other girls. Divorce is horrible.

should i try my best to make it on my own. or turn my self in and the kid(s) into social services. i don't want to risk being separated from him/her/them, but i don't want to hide from the police or do anything illegal. thanks for your advice.

He only comes to stay with us for the summer and he constantly talks back. I don't know if he does this at home to his mother, but he does it to me. I tell him not to talk back to me and then he tries to get all snippy with me. So I punish him by taking away what he talked back about, but that has so far not helped. He has even lied to me about not doing something he got in trouble for. Even though I saw him do it which is why he's getting punished. I give him every chance to not do what he does. I have no idea if this is attention getting behavior or he has been taught by his mother that its ok to talk back to grownups.

But I feel we really can't afford it right now (I look after the bills). We both work...so it's not like it's just his money (It's a car that he wants, not one we both decided on). He does need a different car, but I really don't think anyone needs a 45 thousand dollar car. IWe have finally reached a place in life where I feel we aren't scraping but, yet am so worried about whether we will be able to do the other things we want to do in life (move to an acreage, have kids, etc.) All he can see is car, and all I can see is bills, and once again living on a tight budget. ok this is adding to my story about the pants ripping in the park, WELL i fell and and i got a rip in the crotch. it showed my crotchless panties. and the little kids all saw it. one mom even got so mad that she tried to call the police. because her little boy thought it was funny.
