Get a small vibrator and just use it around your clit. Don't use it right on your clit though because it's too sensitive. If you're too embarassed to buy a vibrator, buy a massager for like your back at the drug store and buy some like Tylenol and a brace or something so they don't think that you're just buying it too masturbate with! Also, don't waste your time shoving a vibrtator in and out of yourself, it doesn't work.

You cannot always orgasm quickly. I am not sure why you would want to. Generally stimulating your clitoris is quicker than vagina penetration for orgasms.
