Yeast infections can be transferred through spit. It's called thrush when the yeast grows in the mouth. Urinating before and after sex prevents urinary tract infections but won't help in yeast infections as these are in the vagina not urinary tract.
Yeast infections while troublesome are curable, I'd be more worried about STD's, take care.

A yeast infection is not an STD but the act of having sex may disturb the balance of the vagina.
After sex keep your vaginal area ventilated—that is, cool and dry. Sleep naked or take your panties off underneath(it should alrady be off anyway) when you go to bed bed and give your body 8 hours of unencumbered relief....and make sure to wipe it so its dry ..funges likes damp and wet places.Wash your vaginal area with plain water and friction when you shower after sex . A hand held shower head is perfect for directing the spray. make sure that before sex you and your partner are both squeaky clean, there's less chance of transferring yeast germs into your vagina. Wash your hands and genitals before intercourse..

Your partner's uncircumcised penis has nothing to do with your yeast infection. Either your diet or something environmental is effecting your yeast levels. Please see a doctor. Note: There is nothing wrong with an uncircumcised penis. In fact, it's important to keep the fact that circumcision is a human creation in mind. We must try our best to rid of the stigma that follows uncircumcised penises.

Getting a yeast infection is not at all uncommon especially in the beginning of the relationship. But don't try and treat it yourself, go see your OB/GYN.

Sperm changes the ph in your vagina & he could also be re-infecting you, if he doesn't take any meds to clear up the yeast infection when you're treating yourself. I would get a check-up with your doc. to make sure it's nothing serious.

If you dont use condoms its probably not yeast, more like gardenella or some other form of STD. See a doctor.
